This blog is written by the Gen Y team along with Kari Heistad the CEO of Culture Coach International.
The Gen Y team is composed of current and recent graduates from diverse career fields who are tech-savvy and highly talented at balancing their jobs and social life.
Kari on the other hand has been wandering the world for 30 years and loves to explore not only the differences between us but also the similarities that we have. She has worked with corporate clients, inner-city youth, nonprofit organizations and world leaders of all generations. Kari leads a multi-generational and an international team of trainers, consultants and curriculum developers under the banner of Culture Coach International. CCI has its headquarters outside of Boston, MA and a European office in Dublin, Ireland.
